The Workforce Solutions of Central Texas Business Services team strives to ensure that the existing businesses in Central Texas are equipped with the programs and services they need to grow. We build relationships with businesses in the region through open communications and visits to find the best practices for them through the use of our no-cost and low-cost programs, possible incentives for training, and help to address business issues with appropriate entities. We also offer proactive, business-focused intervention, outplacement services, and assistance at no cost to local businesses. Through Layoff Aversion funding, we can explore options to retain your workforce such as upskilling your employees or purchasing remote access equipment to adapt to the current environment.
